Crystal M. Newby-Reynolds
Founder/Artistic Director
Professional Dancer/ Choreographer/ Teaching
Artist Crystal Newby-Reynolds studied dance
at the Garden State Ballet School and Gallman’s Newark
Dance Theatre School, New Jersey. She is a graduate of Morgan
State University, where she studied dance and physical education
earning a B.S. She received a Master of Arts from New York
University after studying Performing Arts Administration and
Dance Education. Her passion and love for dance is seen throughout
the community, for she teaches and choreographs dances for
children and adults in the public school, churches and for
various organizations. She founded the Arts Conservatory in
pursuit of her vision to “Empower people through dance”
